Support

Effective 2 September 2026

CostSlice is operated by Media Yard LLC, PO Box 73, Pennsauken, NJ 08110. It is a pass-through OpenAI proxy and customer P&L. Email is how you reach us. There is no chat widget and no phone line. The legal hub lists every policy we publish.

Product

support@costslice.com

SDK, tags, P&L, billing, Starter cap, Pro overage. No credit card needed on Starter. Include workspace email, tenant id, and the time of the request.

Everything else

hello@costslice.com

Privacy, a signed DPA, security questions, press, and anything that is not a ticket. Same humans. Different pile. If you cannot sign in to close the account, email hello@costslice.com.

No SLA

There is no service-level agreement and no service credit. We read these inboxes on weekdays, US Eastern Time, best effort. We do not promise a first-response time.

Cancel plan vs Close account

Cancel plan in Settings takes you to Starter immediately. The account and keys stay. The Starter hard cap then applies.

Close account in Settings cancels Stripe if you are on a paid plan, revokes CostSlice keys, and erases the workspace and usage metadata. Prompts were never stored. If you cannot sign in, email hello@costslice.com from the work email that owns the account.

Abuse

Report abuse to support@costslice.com with the subject line Abuse. Include the workspace email and what you saw. We still cannot look up a prompt.

We cannot look up what people typed

We cannot look up a prompt or a completion. We never stored them. We can look up usage metadata for the retention window on your plan.

The sign-in email

Magic links come from CostSlice <noreply@costslice.com>. That address does not receive replies. Write support@costslice.com instead.

Check these first

  • Change base_url to https://api.costslice.com/v1 and send x-cs-key.
  • Forgotten tags still complete. Check untagged on the P&L. Starter at 10,000 requests: new proxy calls stop until you upgrade.
  • Starter is a hard cap. No credit card needed on Starter. It will not overage.
