These are the CostSlice policies. Media Yard LLC, a United States limited liability company operated in New Jersey, runs the site and the pass-through OpenAI proxy.

We do not invent extra policies here. There is no cookie page and no separate acceptable-use URL. Cookies are in Privacy. Acceptable use is in the Terms. There is no /pricing URL. Plans live on the homepage.

Data processing agreement
Clickwrap DPA. Prompts, completions, and your OpenAI API key are not processor data.
AI policy
Not a gateway. OpenAI fulfills the call. We do not train. We do not store bodies.
Support
How to reach us. No SLA. Abuse reports. We cannot look up a prompt.
